Lazy Louie: His Time to Shine
Revolution had finished, and Louie was still without a win! Louie never let many things bother him, but watching Frankie and Barry celebrate looked like so much fun. That’s why this week he was going to try extra hard! They were about to get on the yacht, when Barry walked up to him, and patted him on the back with his fin.
Barry Barracuda
It’s ok Louie, I’m sure you’ll get a win soon!
Louie didn’t believe him; he was just too lazy to be good in the ring!
Louie Lobster
No I won’t. I’ve already lost 3 times!
Barry slapped his fin across the face of Louie.
Barry Barracuda
No member of the Deep Sea Union talks like that! Louie, this week, you are going to destroy your opposition, and we’ll have another victory party, and you can get hundreds of girls! And maybe get one for me!
Barry nudged Louie. Louie had noticed Barry at the parties, trying to get the girls, but he’d always stuff it up! But Barry was right; this week was Louie’s real chance on winning a match!
Louie Lobster
I hope I’m up against someone easy!
Barry laughed, as they boarded the yacht, and made their way to a room. Frankie was continuously clicking, and high fiving Barry, which made Louie feel worse. He knew a party with many women would make him feel a lot better though, it always did! Barry and Frankie were talking about the show that had just been, but Louie didn’t really add anything to the conversation. Finally, The Boss walked into the room, stopping the conversation.
The Boss
Hey guys. Another great show for us out there! Bad luck to Louie though, I bet you’ll get them this week you little scamp!
Louie pretended to Laugh, and then straightened his mask. He didn’t need to rub it in!
The Boss
Anyway, I thought victory parties would get a bit boring, so this week, I have 4 tickets to a basketball game!
What was he talking about? Victory parties were the best! And there wouldn’t even be chicks at the basketball, Louie thought. He did like Basketball though. He played it until he was 13, but then gave up because he had a lot of work... or he just couldn’t be bothered.
Frankie Dolphin
Who is it we are watching?
Louie liked the Suns. He didn’t know why. Probably because they had bright colours on their jerseys. The Boss had a look at the tickets to see what match we were going to see.
The Boss
Phoenix...
YES! Louie thought. He’d seen them play once before, and now he’d get to see them again!
The Boss
... Mercury and Chicago Sky!
Wait, What? He thought again. He’d never heard of those teams before! Louie looked at Frankie, and then Barry looked at Louie. Suddenly Barry started to clap, making Frankie and Louie stare at him.
Frankie Dolphin
Do you even know who those teams are?
Barry was quite for a second, possibly thinking. That’s when Louie figured out who they were! They were Women’s basketball teams. He remembered this when he went to see the Suns play, and Phoenix Mercury were playing beforehand. But why would the boss take them to a women’s basketball match? He knew they were chicks, but half of them were lesbians, and stronger than Louie themselves!
Barry Barracuda
Are they teams from the NBU?
Louie started to laugh, and so did Frankie. Barry obviously knew nothing about basketball! Frankie clicked in his face.
Frankie Dolphin
No silly! Those teams are in the WNBA, women’s basketball!
Barry sat back in his chair, and Louie laughed again.
Barry Barracuda
Cooooooooooooooool.
It most certainly was not cool! But Louie didn’t want to say that in front of The Boss, who was still in the room. And had been quite quiet this whole time! Suddenly he just turned and walked out of the room, Frankie started to laugh, and Louie did as well.
Frankie Dolphin
That’s not very cool Barry. Women’s basketball is quite slow and boring!
Frankie was very right. Women’s basketball made Louie tired. That wasn’t very hard to do though...
Barry Barracuda
I’m sure it will be fun!
Frankie and Louie both laughed again. Louie snapped at him, before the Boss walked back into the room.
The Boss
Let’s go guys, we’re back!
They all got up from our seats, and made it off the yacht and onto the island. The rest of the night was very strange. Barry would hardly stop talking about how excited he was to go to a basketball game, that he went down the slide 18 times to get his mind off of it! Louie had to snap at him several times throughout the night as well!
Louie liked the DSU, but he was always asleep first, missing the best stuff. He was always tired, and fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.

Well these last few weeks I haven’t been able to get a win on the board. But it’s all ok! This week is my perfect chance of getting that breakthrough win Barry had been talking about! Donny Lavine shouldn’t be too hard to get past, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to enjoy a nice victory party at the end of the week!
This week, the Deep Sea Union will finally make full impact. We are going to be at full strength come this Revolution.
Watch out Donny Lavine,
Watch out Sweet Cheapshots!
