Chuck Matthews Retires

Following the events at God of War, Chuck Matthews has officially retired from professional wrestling.

Chuck Matthews wrote:For the last month, I've been disrespected, misused, and I've taken way too much shit for someone as important to this company as I am. Fuck that. It's obvious I'm no longer wanted, and I can take a hint.

I don't mean to leave on a bad note, however. I will give a huge thanks to NLWF for increasing my popularity tenfold, and really putting me in an international spotlight. I owe them a lot. Unfortunately, every man has to no when it's time to quit. Now is my time.

I'm not worried about the future. I've hit a level of fame that few others can boast in today's world. You won't see me in the ring again, but I promise, this is only the beginning of you seeing my face.

There is truth to Chuck Matthews's words. Word has already leaked out that Vitarain has already offered to make Chuck their official spokesperson. Christopher Nolan has expressed interest in casting Chuck Matthews to play The Riddler in the upcoming third installment of the Batman series. Chuck has not yet decided where he will go. For now, the world will have to wait to see what the future holds for Chuck Matthews.
