The First Promo for The Prodigy!

The scene opens in the brand new locker room for NLWF's brand new superstar, Anthony Bennett. Anthony is sitting in a chair having a conversation with his camera man. Anthony is wearing a suit while the camera man is wearing a NLFW Backstage uniform and some jeans while he holds the camera on his right shoulder.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
I think tonight went smoothly for me. I could've made a better impact but it was better than nothing.

Camera Man
Yeah I guess. So what's on your mind for your match next week against Jeff Angel?

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Who?

Camera Man
Jeff Angel. The man that you're facing for a chance at the No-Limit Title.

The Prodigy just gave the camera man a confused blank stare. The camera man just sighed.

Camera Man
The one who got hit with the Re-Awakening on the steel ramp.

Just then Bennett shouts in laughter as the camera man just looks at Anthony with a confused look.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
You mean the jerkwad that ran out and got jumped by Salvation? I'm gonna murder him. I could really care less if he wins though. All I care about is giving those fans one hell of a match.

Camera Man
WOW! You just went from immature to mature in a sentence. Well that doesn't matter. But what does matter is getting your first promo up so everyone will fear your name.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
No. I'm straight.

Camera Man
What do you mean, NO. Why the hell do you think I'd be here than. You gotta strike fear into these people or they will never respect you. I remember when you could verbally rip your opponents to shred for an hour when you wanted to. What's gotten in to you?

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Nothing has gotten into me. I just feel that I really don't need to. But you know what? Screw it since you feel I need to. I'll do it.

Camera Man
Great. Now just do it like the good old days.

The camera man switches the video camera on to record and aims it right into the face of Anthony Bennett. Anthony's face changes to the most intense face he's ever done.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Jeff Angel.... You are a big dummy!

Camera Man
CUT!!!! What the hell is that Anthony? A big dummy. What happened to the sophisticated vocabulary you actually used. Come on man stop playing around. ACTION!!!

Anthony once again puts his intense face on and looks dead into the camera.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Jeff Angel, It's a shame that........

Camera Man
Yes that's it.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
..... you're a big loser and a big dummy.

Camera Man
CUT! CUT!! CUT!!! Anthony come on man.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Sorry. I guess I'm not as dedicated as I used to be.

Camera Man
If we were talking about nachos maybe you'd be great.

Speaking of that where are the nachos?

Camera Man
(Jokingly) Jeff Angel ate them.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
WHAT!!

The camera man saw how serious Anthony looked and continued to lie to see how The Prodigy would react.

Camera Man
Yeah he came in here today and them all. There are no more.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
Turn the damn camera on.

The camera man looked at Anthony and did as he was told as Anthony once again put his game face on.

Jeff Angel, This Sunday not only marks my wrestling debut here in NLWF but also the demise of the so-called "The Saviour". Please someone "save me" before bullshit starts to sprew from your mouth. I have had enough of how things have been going here in NLWF. I will no longer just sit around and let people like you Jeff run around like you're the top dog. You really want this shot at the title Jeff. Well you haven't done shit to prove it. From my sources, people have been telling me that you're nothing but talk. Well Jeff you're going to need more than talk to get yourself to win this match. I won't be an easy feat. You will soon learn that when me and you do battle at Direct Hit. In my contract my championship clause is basically the match at King Of The Throne. And to get that title match I must go through some man that thinks he's one of those devil worshippers as I like to put it. Jeff I don't care who you worship. But you're going to be screaming for GOD himself to help you when me and you hit that ring. The No-Limit Title is just around the corner for me and I can already feel it around my waist. Chuck Mathews and Chad Vargas really could care less over who wins this match. They should care. They better pray that Jeff even make one little offensive manuever. If you don't Jeff You're basically over. I know it may seem I'm being alittle cocky.

Anthony smiles a tad.

But this isn't being cocky Jeff. This is me speaking the truth. Maybe I won't win the world title and become the hall of famer everyone wants to be. But one thing's for sure. I won't be forgotten. No matter how many people try and keep me down. Everyone will remember the name Anthony Bennett. Jeff the only thing you'll be remembered by is jobbing to the rookies and being the stepping stone for whoever's not on their game. This isn't me being cocky Jeff. This is me being determined. So when me and you meet in that ring Jeff all Hell is going to break loose and you'll just be beaten by The Illest Kid On The Block. Jeff, this sunday is the fight me and you will be antcipating for. And one thing's for sure. It Ain't Gonna Be Pretty.

The camera man smiles.

"The Prodigy" Anthony Bennett
That'll teach him to leave my damn nachos alone.

The scene fades out on the camera man laughing his ass off.
