RESPECT of WRESTLING RULES
The Respect of Wrestling division is a division in the No Limit Wrestling Federation for the wrestlers who are either currently not recognized in the main event scene or aren't ready for the main events. The wrestlers in this division have --or at least should have-- a mutual respect for each other, the ring, and the industry.

A match contested under The Respect of Wrestling rules;

You must shake hands before and after the exhibition of wrestling
No outside interference: no interfering in others' matches or having others interfere on your behalf
No sneak attacks
No harming the officials
Any action resulting in a disqualification violates the Code of Respect in NLWF and will be fined

■Round 1 = 10 Minutes
■Round 2 & 3 = 5 Minutes
■Round 4 & 5 = 15 Minutes for Respect Title Matches
□1Minute break between rounds
□At the end of 5 Rounds the match is declared a Draw
•The title does not change hands; but a rematch is booked on the next available show.

■Submission hold time limit to 3 Minutes before a break is enforced.
□Each superstar is given three ropebreak bail-outs to submission or pinfall before ropebreaks are nullified.
□Three second ropebreak before being penalized one ropebreak or Disqualified
• Breaks are limited and included in the above ruling.

■Wrestlers are given 10 seconds to get to a knee before knock-out.
□In the result of a double knock-out, the title does not change hands; but a rematch is booked on the next available show.

■Wrestlers are given 20 seconds before count-out.
□Fighting outside the ring is considered an act of disrespect and will be fined

■The Respect of Wrestling Championship changes hands via pinfall, submission, DQ, knock-out or count-out.
□Choking of any kind results in DQ.
□No closed-fist punches to the face allowed, only open-handed slaps or chops to the face are allowed.
• The first use of a closed fist will get a warning, and the second will cause the wrestler to be penalized a rope break. If he is already out of rope breaks, he will be disqualified.
• Punches to other parts of the body (save for low-blows) are permitted.
