HGR Incorporated: The Good Life has Begun!
THE DEBUT
HGR Incorporated vs. Angels of the Apocalypse
Question to start this thing off. Do any members of the Angels of the Apocalypse, even know how to say or spell Angels of the Apocalypse? Because form where I’m standing, and from what I’ve seen watching FTW on television, this team might as well have been called the special Olympics.
Jason and I would have been more afraid of fighting against Strangler and Wayne Morley. Please, this is my debut? A tag team match where my partner is the two time UNDISPUTED tag team champion? I like our chances.
But I know what everyone is going to say, because I’ve heard it all this week. People are telling me that Jason Hawk is washed up, that he’s a has been, some people have even had the nerve to claim he is a never was.
Listen up, you don’t dominate half the year, win all the major titles on two separate occasions, fight in the main event of Simple Survival, or have a fan base the size of Jason Hawk’s, unless you’re truly a legend, unless you’re truly extraordinary!
Jason Hawk wrote the book on extraordinary, but when he finished it, he realized he would be helping losers all across the world, to make them half as awesome as he is. That’s why he didn’t release his book, he saved it all for himself, for his new partner, for the future.
A lot of people aren’t going to like what I’m saying. Those same people aren’t going to like what we’re doing, but I can assure you we’ll have a very large portion of the fan base on our side with this one. I can’t imagine people actually enjoying what they’ve been forced to watch lately with FTW in charge of the wrestling industry.
But as I was saying before, people have been talking mad shit about my homeboy Jason, and I’m here to set the record straight. Two sides to every coin, just like there are two sides to every story, two sides to this losing streak he’s been on since August.
If you remember, Jason left toward the beginning of summer, vanishing out of sight until August. A lot of people don’t know this, but one of the main reasons Jason left was because Taylor O’Day cheated on him. As we all found out, that was a plan set in motion by Chuck Matthews, to do exactly what it did, remove Jason from the picture, so Nick Ridicule would be all alone to take on Bad Company.
I may hate it, but a brilliant plan it was.
Another reason for Jason leaving, was because he had lost that fire, that passion that every great athlete and performer needs to move forward. He was coming off his best months ever. He was ranked number 2 in the entire world of wrestling. He had used his farewell plan to perfection, then capitalized on it better than anyone!
Jason Hawk showed that he’s more than capable of being the number one guy in the entire world! I want to show that I’m right behind him, that I can be number two as we rise up the ranks together. It’s not a question of, “Will Jason Hawk ever be back on top?” The question is, “When will Jason Hawk be back on top?”
Because it’s only a matter of time.
He accomplished all his goals in 2010, halfway through the year. Not only did he accomplish his main goal, he accomplished it twice with six months to spare.
Y’all must have forgot!
You must have forgot about him breaking his back to entertain and thrill at War Games! You all must have forgot about him capturing the NLWF undisputed, NLWF, and World Heavyweight titles.
But don’t worry! Never fear! Jason Hawk is here and he’s going to show you that he’s not a flash in the pan, he’s a fucking over fire that ends up burning down the entire fucking building!
He has good reason to have not been able to win. But have you heard an excuse come out of his mouth? Because I haven’t! He has so many valid reasons for losing, not enough reason to win. Yet, he’s still here every week, he’s still one of the most entertaining athletes you’ll ever watch.
He’s still the best.
Allow the final show of this year, and 2011 to be a nice reminder.
