A Tour, A Mystery Figure, And A Plan

It had been three days since King of the Throne, where my return match was a little bit disappointing to say the least. But then again, it took Jason, a taser to my nuts, the Wings of Time, and a moonsault over that slut he calls a girlfriend. But now I had a different agenda. You see while traveling through Dublin, checking out the sights, I got a call. I didn’t recognize the number. I also didn’t recognize the voice, mostly cause it sounded like it was disguised through some kind of voice box. But to get to the point, the person told me that we both had a common enemy and that something needed to be done. She asked me if I had “friends” in high places that could aid in something. And indeed I did. You see despite losing everything I had when I was “killed” I had managed to get a hold of some past friends and told them that I had survived. I asked one for a favor and they told me yeah. Meanwhile, while in the “Bird brain” Jason Hawk’s home country, the mystery person called again, asking me to do something else now.

Ryan Apollos: Hello?

???: So is phase one complete?

Ryan Apollos: Yeah, my friend is going to see what he can do.

???: Good, okay here’s what I want you to do now.

Ryan Apollos: Oh so there’s more?

???: Of course there’s more. You see, we need a little insurance. So in a few seconds a man will walk up and hand you an envelope. Inside is the instructions for you to follow for phase two.

Just then a man walked up to me and handed me an envelope. I opened it and inside was an address on a piece of paper and a picture of some kid. I didn’t recognize the kid. But I had some sort of understanding with what needed to be done.

Ryan Apollos: So does this person need to have an “accident” or “disappear.”

???: He needs to vanish for the time being. You see, our enemy is very close to this person. If he goes off the radar, then that will be perfect to weaken the opposition.

Ryan Apollos: Alright, I’m with some friends of mine and they could help me out with this.

???: Good, now make sure this plan goes off without any bumps in the road.

Ryan Apollos: You got it.

I hang up the phone and turn to my friend.

Ryan Apollos: Alright Alonzo, I’ve got a favor to ask of you.

Alonzo: What’s the favor?

Ryan Apollos: I know your background. You are very skilled in what I need you to do.

I hand him the picture and address.

Ryan Apollos: Go to that address tonight and find this kid. I need you to make this kid disappear. Can I count on you for this?

Alonzo: You know it. I remember you taking care of that one problem I had back when we were a tag team three years ago. As far as we know this will make us even.

Ryan Apollos: Perfect.

I smile as the screen fades.
